Sorry I know its simple but make sure your login details are case sensitive ....
Please DO NOT SEND TICKETS. The ticket system isn't working. The only thing you will achieve by sending a ticket is showing other people your log in details.

I am having the same problem, got in fine on Sunday and I haven't tried since until now. I get the same message popping up and I KNOW my username and password are correct (Roboform). I suppose I'll try resetting the PIN.
What was done to resolve this issue in your case Cello?
Update: Nevermind, I resetted my PIN and everything works fine now...it's strange, I've never had a problem like this.
