I think that the P*cP*y Support has been taken down...at least in my browser it is not there. I am having problems logging into my P*cP*y account. Can someone pm me an email address to P*cP*y Support. Thanks

The problem is probably with my pin#...but is there any way to email. Calling is very difficult because of the time difference.
Never getting respons on my e-mails to pickpay. So the best thing 2 do is to call them or use the ticket systen (but sins u cant login u cant do that)
Dont find the E-mail adress now..sorry
I have called several times throughout day and night.Quote:

I have always gotten a live person. There seems to always be someone answering phones no matter what time it is.
Now, I didn't say I got through on the first try. Just seems like there is someone there 24/7 now to answer calls.
What exactly is your login problem? Most seem to be solved by using the new pin generation feature on the main page.Quote:

First you can call support and have your pin reset.
The second is to use the ticket system. Since it requires you to login to open a ticket, you can get a friend to open a ticket and request the pin for your account be reset for you. Or you can open a new account, login to the system on your new account and open a ticket and give them the particulars about the account you need to have the pin reset on. Once your original account is cleared, login and open another ticket and request them to cancel the second account you opened.
I have done this and it works just fine as long as you explain what you are doing and be courteous about it.
This may not be the preferred way of doing things, but it gets results when you don't have a friend who will open a ticket to help you get your account troubles resolved.

Thanks to all for your help. I will try the various methods. This is why I miss the forum.
:D
Hi, there are communication problems and it is annoying. I have sents a number of Tickets, I have sent them a number of faxes, I have rung all the numbers over a period and NO answers. You all may do better than me but I guess there are heaps out there with the same problem????
:x
Hello all.
I must say it is nice to find this place where we can all again communicate. I was feeling a bit lost with the other forums gone. I am very grateful to all those who make this possible.
I am UNABLE to login to my P*cP*y account for about 1 month now. I believe the issue is a new pin as my browser crashed, after my last login, before I was shown my new pin.
Ant this one is for you.
WHERE is the new pin generation feature???
I can recover my password, but NOT the pin; as of my last try a little over 5 minutes ago.Quote:

To recover the Security PIN, the password recovery page advises to contact customer service.
Out of respect; I have not been too insistent with P*cP*y support, because I assumed they were very busy with all the recent developments. But I would love to get back to where I can login again.
Ant, you will definitely 'be my hero' if you can show me where I have missed the new pin generation feature.
Many thanks,
