Many people have said that Bryan (PIPS) should have just written checks to pay members. As was stated many times in the origional PIPS forum the laws over there require that checks going out of the country from businesses be issued by the banks not the business. I feel that PIPS will be back in a restructured form and with several payment processors connected to it. Also instead of members being able to request as many withdrawals as they want a month (there were people with over 30 requests in one month), they will be restricted to 1 per month, quater, semi-annual ect. as stated in a message in Bryan's area here.
