A lot of things about the way Pips was managed was very amateurish in my opinion. As far as risk, theoretically there should have been no risk once funds became available and into our Picpay accounts.

Dont invest more than you can lose. How true.
But please dont overlook that money in PICPAY was as good as cash.Bryan stated on many occasions funds in picpay were safe, backed by gold reserves in Australia, which I believe is true.
So whilst your pips loan was considered high risk, monies in PICPAY should not have been.
Please at this point do not use an argument to counter my statement. I'm a DESPERATE PIPSTER who wants nothing more than some news on PIPS. Even things like, "this week we will not see the light" would be good enough a comfort.Quote:

I did not answer you with an argument; it's a counterpoint and/or explanation. You might even label it a debate but it is not an argument.Quote:

You and everyone else has been told "there is light" but obviously you and others don't wish to wait and see it. I'm not trying to push people to the edge of anything. If you are in that bad of a position, sit back, take stock, and work the problem. You can obviously find a way to monitor/post on this forum so you're obviously not destitute or without mental faculties. Save the money you're spending on an ISP or the mental ability you're using to bargain your way online and find a way home.
To Dreamer and OICU812, the banking problems have been fairly well established. Add to that the servers being seized (you both do know that all of the account holder information is on them don't you?) therefore removing the ability to know "who has what" in PicPay. Even if he had unrestricted access to the money in PicPay, without the information on the servers, how is Bryan supposed to route any money (backed by Gold or not) to anyone? Is he just supposed to take requests from all of the "honest" people who got into Pips? "Yeah Bryan, I had $1,000,000 smackers in PicPay. Honestly, I did. Would you be so kind as to drop me a check in the mail at your earliest convenience? Gee Thanks!" Come on guys; get a grip.
vincekua,
What country you are in right now?You might be my neighbor and I can have a chat with you.... and tell you that ALL (including me) have the mentality of a CRAB SYNDROME. If you put two or three crab on a small can, you will notice that if one tries to get out from the can...the two crab behind will grab and try to pull him down..........maybe it's MANs instinct...

I not have a clear ideea why for Lotto Bryan are using payment processors which he wouldn't even consider using for PIPS. I remember members were begging him in the forum to look at different payment processors and he ignored all of them.
Yes, you are right. However, hindsight is 20/20; in addition, PicPay is tied up in the BN investigation so it isn't an option (at present). Bryan is a smart man; I'm sure he learned a lot from the setbacks that have occurred and will make any changes he thinks are necessary to prevent them on subsequent ventures up to, and including, alternate payment processors.Quote:

It would seem that you are plenty wise yourself, Jaytee. Here's to a great year!
