MLM's are generally losers for those at the bottom of the pile, unfortunately.
I wish all success, though I'm afraid I think many are foolish to pay to get into a forum where the programs offered are generally available to others for free.

Hi velvetpatches,
just some points to consider:
1) that forum is not just a forum. Of course anyone could set up a forum and open it up to anyone who signs up (like this one here), but then you would only get a forum, nothing else (of course with all the associated benefits of a forum). But BTI will offer its members some other benefits, which no other free forum can offer.
2) Billy is putting a lot of time and effort into this venture without getting paid. But there are costs involved in providing everything they have up to now and planned in the future, and those costs shouldn't be borne by Billy himself.
3) The payment of the "lifetime" membership was offered under the assumption, that they would get the picpay into cash, and if and when pips/picpay will return and he gets the picpay funds out, I am sure, he will honour all the membership payments. But right now, he cannot work with "funds in limbo" to pay for all the expenses, and those who have paid with other means, they were able to join the new BTI "forum".
4) I personally don't want to deal with MLM, but the one he suggested was to help those who can't afford to join programs which require large initial capital (by request of the members), and he tries to set it up, such that even those people with no experience in MLM can benefit of it (by rearranging the structure to make it deep rather than wide). I know of someone who joined the MLM program and got already 9 people under her, without her doing anything. If she had joined it by herself, she wouldn't have a single person in her downline...
5) the credit union is not something you can easily find in any other "free" forum...
As I said, just a few points to consider, but it is of course up to each individual, whether those benefits (and others to come) justify paying for a "forum" or not...
Best regards
