But I have read far too many finger pointing at Bryan and not enough towards the fraud that was inside of Picpay by members, and merchants that joined up when the payments started to slow down...

What's happend has happend. What's important now is where we go from here.
Hopefully the BoN will see that just as PIPS is real, the complainers who have flooded their office with faxes and letters are few in comparison to the masses who support Bryan and PIPS.
azima, I found this interesting from another thread, weseeall wrote:

I found out the complaints came from someone with username westcliff, some person from the old forum called owler and David Halstead, who is going to have a meeting with the BoM rep next month.
Rumor from reliable sources claim that these individuals were doing large exchanges when that function was availiable and pulled out over 100k from PICPAY then Bryan stopped that and they became merchants -- so he had to pull the plug on the merchant thing also because they were still doing fradulent things just like they were doing with the exchanges -- guess that is what ticked them off and made them complain to the BoM .... after all the loop holes for fraud was removed they could get no more money.
If it was not for these complaints the restructure would have been accomplished much easier -- now the BoM will have to talk to all these guys bringing the claims and then go find their records on the PICPAY database to see if their claims are correct -- I do believe all the activity that they were working thru PICPAY will show up in the records -- I am sure that there are records -- contrary to some of the rumors that there is no records.
Having all this fradulent activity showing what the management was dealing with , and how as soon as one hole was blocked they found another way to go right on defrauding Picpay -- this will show that Bryan had to close all these down and that he was trying to prevent this fradulent activities."
Confirms your statments.
I believe that owlr and David are one in the same...

Would be interesting if BoN takes time to go through PicPay activities of each merchant/member filing complaints, only seems fair since they did this to PIPS.
Although I believe most member accounts to be free of fraudulent activity, BoN might find some fraud among some complaining merchants crying they have been defrauded.
Only time will tell.
I thought the idea was to "leave no stone unturned" fraudsters included
Maybe we will see some surprises :D
