Very interesting indeed and we can be in for a great many and unravelling surprises (or perhaps not????) with this month's trial. This is going to wake many up with enthusiasm for what is thought "LOST & GONE" for good.... from the shocking revelations!!!!
:cheer:Well, we'll wait for the full feedback when Batty gets back & ready to submit... only this time, its for ears & eyes to the HDG listed members.
The Admins.

Thank you, Bat$, YB and Marek for all your efforts on our behalf. I am not sure who is who. I will continue donating to fund your trip to the trial. I appreciate your keeping us abreast of the ongoing saga. You are like an oasis in the desert of no information. Godspeed.

Batty's Trip Report
BATTY'S TRIP REPORT 23-02-2009
Just a little note to those that have offered me support and kind words. My thanks to you all.
Thankfully I am now much healthier thanks to my family (mum and sibs) as well as the meds provided by the government run clinics, though slow I am checked and medicated as well as treated. My meds alone would cost UD$100 a month or in RM300 if not for the subsidy. I am also busier with the inclusion of a part-time job, which I like but a lot of work. Pays USD$3 an hour!!! Better than nothing with cost of things rising.
Anyway here is my report.
Since my weekends are a working one for me, I finished my work before boarding on a flight to LCCT. The flight was delayed and I arrived a little to 11pm. The first thing I wanted to do was secure a cab. If I waited until 12am, the rates would double or triple. So anyway I get in this cab and once I told him where I wanted to go, he started with a expletive.
"People want to go back to Kuala Lumpur, it's late you want to go to Seremban!!! What the ****." - Crazed Cabbie
Since I had no alternative, I just endured the lout. He chatted away loudly on his cellphone muttering about this stupid ***** in his car going the wrong way. I ground out from him that there was a cabbie strike. Which is kind of strange as I follow closely the papers. Anyway, I got to Seremban, he didn't know the way about the town! I had to be his guide. I also had to show him the routes to take, to go back unto the highway.
"In Kuala Lumpur.. he ranted, "I know all the roads, the alleys and the shortcuts...Seremban is a ***-ing town!" - Crazed Cabbie
My hotel is a 3 - Star cockroach free, nice place. small but perfect for one person. I settled in and went out looking for something to eat and had my dinner. Before sleeping, I managed to go thru the trial notes again and remind myself about things to look out for.
DAY 1 TRIAL
Since there was a backlog of cases, the Sessions Court (Criminal) now also had to help clear the civil cases. Which I find hilarious. As the judge try the case, lawyers waiting by the back table jump in at an opportunity to hear their case. So it was like Rape...bankruptcy...Rape gain....Notis of summons for defendant.... etc. It was so boring and with the air conditioning on at super cool, it was hard to keep awake. Then to make it worse, it rained.
You can read about the trial report if you are a HDG member.
Anyway, the trip back was also delayed and it was raining like a spell. Look out for the next trial date soon.
Cheers.

To several HDG members who promptly responded after being updated, my apology for not confirming with the expected acknowledgment as I myself got "blocked out" from our own firewall...LoL another crazy nightmare to endure at the breaking of dawn!!!!:noserious
Well, I'm back now and wanted to see how entry is rendered after rebooting my OS just to make sure and all is resumed like it should....
Thank you Batty and good to hear you are a good and long stone's throw and safe, away from that lost ranting cabby and splitting headaches by now...
To all HDG members who have by now received their updates, I too look forward to see/read what will envelope from the next trial, even out of curiosity as this is soon becoming a cornerstone with all these Madoff manipulators on Investments who get caught up by the Law and be nailed behind bars or gets to feel the rage from their duped followers who may not be too comfy living out with their financial predicaments... I wonder how long it shall all be when the dust finally settled?
Go for GOLD is the understanding now... even Diamonds and Platinum isn't as secure as Gold for Investment.... that is the last quip as statistics were aired across the globe which was 8 hours ago on the BBC!
