Thank you Graham, for your letter. It says almost exactly what I just wrote a few minutes ago. Your words were much more adequate to get the idea across.
We continue to pray.

As to whether the program was a fraud, it could not have been intentional on the part of the Marsdens if it was. More likely to have been mistakes made by the program owners. Nothing criminal about that. As you rightly observe, the Marsdens could have upped sticks and decamped with all the money to the neverneverlands; never to be seen or heard from again as many before and since have done in this industry.
It is indisputable that Bryan did try various sources to try to get the money to pipsters only to be frustrated at every turn until BNM stepped in with their investigations.
The banking fraternity are not the all embrassing entities that some would have us believe. Bryan successfully paid and was continuing to pay 2% per business day to his depositors. By contrast the banks are offering a miserly 4% a year to their depositors when they easily could do as Bryan was doing. Such is their greed that they would rather eradicate one who was showing them up than try to match him to the benefit of the world's population. Why have pips money directed through them when they could have it all without pips?
Given that Bryan had to use their infrastructure to disburse monies to his depositors, it was only too easy to stifle him at birth before he grew too big.
Shame on them!

Moreover planned or unplanned, one reality note... PIPs continued to take in and receive money from members while knowingly having these problems. Taking money from new members continued until the program was completely shut down. If this was not a clear plan clip us, then why not a simple refund until the problems were fixed. As some may say, they have recieved payments from Pips. A very large number have not. The people that have claimed been paid by this program has failed to show proof of payment. Taking money from people, knowingly with no real solution on repayment, if not a crime, it should be. The easiest thing to do is shut down all new deposits until members were paid. As stated before, Brian knew that members were not being paid. And keep in mind, at one point, this program closed its forum, not to refund us, but so that members would not see the bad news posted about non payments and the overall condition of the program.
Until Bank Negara have finished their enquiries it is impossible to state precisely the financial condition of Pips. However, trading whilst knowing to be insolvent is a crime and Krush 22 is probaly correct in surmising that was the reason for the forum closure.
Time will tell.
Hwat you now O.P
I dont now hwat you doing in this forum. It looks that you hawe
answer of everithing.I dont like you you dont now more then i doo.
For once, right on Owen.
Time will tell indeed.
The clamour that led to the closure of the pips forum was because of the negativity posted by some pipsters for not getting their money and at a time when they had been made fully aware of all the difficulties that Bryan was experiencing getting the money transmitted to them. Difficulties orchestrated by non other than the banking fraternity.
I have never been aware of any insolvency for pips but as Owen says, we shall know when BNM has finished its enquiries.

Whys everyone worried about the money? Who cares if everything from Pips was in the Marsden's names and all the cash was in their bank accounts. We still have the insurance and the gold bars. I guess we sure fooled them didn't we?
we know that monies were placed in your picpay account...
picpay was not a bank... it was a vehicle between the PIPS program
and the outside banking world...
there were some attempts to set up some banking platforms after HSBC
closed it doors to PIPS....
Who was working on those platforms arrangements ?????
Do you think that BM was directly working on setting up those arrangments ???
Yes, BM was responsible for those working platforms.
Yes, BM had to approve and agree those platforms.
It appears that a lot of money was diverted from going to those
platforms to some others caused by some greedy staffs for their own
causes.
Who were the ones involved with the movement of money in PICPAY ????
Were they reporting to BM or to themselves ????
Do you belive / think that GN was cought by BM with his fingers
in the cookie jar ?????
It appears that BM is the only one holding this hot potato at this time ....
