I've read this and other articles from the "Washington Bureau" website and I must speak up and say that EVERY article regarding Iraq is spun to the negative.
Is there any truth to this article? Or has it been fabricated?
I do not recall any other accounts of this 10,000 dinar fiasco AT A BANK. Are there really that many people at a bank in Iraq these days?
The author of the story is anonymous. It reads in the first person. Sounds more to me like a fictional account of what someone who is anti-war would spin up to get attention.
But this is just my feelings. I could be wrong but I felt compelled to counter this story with some provacative thoughts....
