Said Fouad Massoum head of the Kurdistan Alliance in parliament today, Monday, that the withdrawal from the bloc meeting last Parliament was not due to financial allocations, but because of strict behavior of some members of their views and alliance calling for a reduction in the budgets of three presidencies (Syrian parliament, and ministers), while Mohsen Saadoun of the Kurdistan Alliance that the dispute that took place between the coalition and the coalition ....(last part of articule).........."He said : "We are on the list of the Kurdistan Alliance took a decision in the House to continue the legislative chapter to the 10th of February and within ten days we will complete all important laws."
"He said, "I believe that the financial and economic committees completed approval of the budget and that the disagreement over the budget Presidency of the Republic only."
Lets think in Iraq's language - The articule was publish Monday and it states "parliment today, Monday" so that was Jan. 29th.
Now the bottom part says that they are going to stay until Feb. 10th to finish all laws. ( FINALLY!!!)
OK here is the "think in iraq language" - """within ten days we will complete all important laws""" - this does not mean From FEB 1ST - they are saying 10 days from MONDAY and that gives you FEB. 7TH!!
Now why the big RUSH to get ALLLLLL Laws done by FEB. 7TH? hmmmmm maybe WTO DAY??
sneekyyyyyyyyyy little buggers!!
Cheers
Chris

In light of Coolespirit's recent breakthrough post, maybe there is no need
to worry about auctions for the time being, and maybe there is genuine
method in Shabibi's madness.
A $1.29 r/v linked to the euro would be a beautiful development and would
mesh with Susie's August-to-present predictions - bolstered as they have been by the intervening 4,300,000,000,000 dinar drain - like a Swiss watch.

Sources in Iraq's parliament said an economic and financial committee will be formed to revise the government's $42 billion 2007 budget.
The sources said the committee will address certain issues including earlier decisions to withdraw the funding from projects taken on by ministries and provincial authorities if they fail to complete 75 percent of the project.
The sources added it is not possible to punish a whole ministry or province for the underperformance of a limited number of people.
