However, your chances of the risky move or decision taken is as HUGE as gaining ANY returns that most will have it "undeclared" when paid out...To which is the morale here???... is the main question I know most are ignoring...

Agreed, but isn't the first question they will ask me is where is it located? Anyways, not a big deal as I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I will participate. I mean it is really not even off the ground yet.
