Default What/Where is our FREE rendez-vous in case of...whatever?

Is there a Yahoo Group or some such FREE site that can at least be used as some kind of rendez-vous in case expensive dedicated-domain (and maybe even dedicated-server etc etc) complicated expensive systems such as "forums" (as distinct from simple free "groups" such as Yahoo Groups etc) become untenably expensive for folks who have not been paid their ROI lately???

I am concerned that we might wake up one day to find that lack of payouts has gone on so long that no-one has enough money left to maintain a website... If that is going to happen we should be looking at free solutions such as Yahoo Groups, at least until such time as we manage to come up with a method of providing people with an alternative source of income - an alternate source of payouts - in order to provide them with money so that we can then contemplate charging them money. Since in the LOOOOOOONNNNNGGG run it makes NO sense to contempalte asking folks for money until, FIRST, folks have been provided with money. Sheesh that is the whole get rich quick fiasco mindset : to imagine folks aready have money and plan to take it from them, instead of to tackle the initial problem of hey wait a sec how the heck are folks ever gonna have any money for us to take in the first place duh...

So.... On the day we show up here or elsewhere and find we have been shut out due to our lack of funds, where are we gonna meet?????????

    Yeah, I dont know either
I cant really afford the 25.oo TODAY
I think 10 makes more sense, as it really IS mostly chit chat, and
substitute stuff that we shouldnt need when PIPS is back

    but my thought is...
    When/If PIPS comes back up
and Ill keep checking of course, at the website,
    then
    thatll be that!

Despite all Ive learned and had fun with in the ROL forum
    Bottom line
    no account yet back open.
Even the first forum, I almost didnt NEED,
if the bttom line is all there in the instructions on how to WITHDRAW, the simulator,ETC..
    from the pips website.
These drama details HERE take up alot of my time, and Ive formed an addiction, but when a friend asked "HOws pips?"
    "Nothing yet," is my reply.
So I could just keep looking SOMEWHERE, once a week or so, and if the company comes back up
Im sure there will be proper relations to members...ETC..
    right?

Knowing that this does cost money to run a really large forum like this -- I think that to offer $25.00 ir really not a lot and members can join a paying program that will pay more than $25.00 in returns monthly and then use these procedes to help keep the forum open.

After all you should make enough money on the net to: pay your provider, and all your internet costs and have a little left claim as profit every month.
This should be our goal, and if you can make this money -- then you can help keep the site s(ie:forums) on line that are worth something to you.

It might keep a few trolls away as well, which can only be a good thing. Currently if they get banned they can just re-register, but if they have to cough up $25 each time.... :D

I am not sure if this is allowed but a member did start another forum in case this one went down as it was having problems. the url is:

Edit: Trusted Email address/Website Referral reference are allowed when you use the Email & Website button provided for the purpose, your displayed addy / Url / Ref.link was removed. MOD – YB.

I think she intends it to be the same type of forum. Just in case.

Also I think if the admin of this forum would just ask for donations to keep this one up he might be surprised. I think his original intention was to keep pips members informed. If that is the goal he would keep more informed by either lowering the fee to under $5 and keeping most of the current membership or keeping it at the $25 level he suggested and have a very exclusive club of the 3 or 400 he mentioned would pay.

    Just my thoughts.

I hope, more of you will come to understand, ROLclub is at a turning point of its performance to accredit itself with reliable members seeking a good cause and deserve a credible platform to voice eloquently on issues, albeit PIPS or otherwise. Please consider the move for the yearly subscription as inevitable and worthy and as for the amount, $25 is NOT an amount that a visit to Pizzahut will eat you up easily as opposed to ROLclub being your eager hub to come back at anytime of the day just to talk and exchange with fellow members.... ain't that wonderful, the whole year long???

I'll be relocating this thread to the General Chat, as the title of the thread has in no way suggested any discussion addressing ANY programs at all! MOD - YB.

I guess I'll just be hanging loose in the wind.
I have not been able to find a job. I don't even know how I'll pay my
rent next month. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years. I'm hurting badly.
    Goodbye.

Its NOT a compulsory suggestion either, you decide what meets your needs or fancy and as far as ROLclub is concern, we have a commitment as it now shows and want to live up to it and hopefully, continue with that affirmative support shown by members seeing the need for it.

Please don't PM me to lend you Egold, NOTHING doing but if anyone can help someone "they know well and trust" it would be nice to show your trust in them.

Someone from Canada once stole the small amount in my Egold, so be careful to who you want to help too.

I just posted a suggestion, as did another member, that this community just go start a board on a site that has several dedicated servers and can handle the traffic.
Money for nothin, and your chicks for free ... okay, no free chicks but serious on the money front.
