Refund Policy
The client can close his account whenever she/he wants, the company will give this right to the client and approve it if:
There are not open orders.
There must not be any activity against our policy and terms condition.
Due to the lack of client activity, the company has to close his/her account by the client’s demand.

The refund is not provided when the company understands about any abuse detected by the client or any activity against our policy and terms condition.

You can send a refund request when you deposited in your account, but there must not be any order performed by the client.
So, the same method which is used for the payment of deposit will be used for the refund. The refund is for the total amount, unless there will be some other arrangements.
The refund process will be done 5 to 10 days in business days.
All other requests will be behave as WITHDRAWALS and they will be done with the withdrawals methods.
