I must apologise to all my investors using Liberty Reserve.
While processing payouts today the Liberty Reserve system slowed down
dramatically and bounced back my login 5 times.
This caused my LR account to be locked for 24 hours.
A few of you did not receive payment today because of this.
As soon as the auto lock releases I will pay the affected accounts.
11 to be exact.
