As he is living in Limasol he has not see a rep of Genius as I understand they do not allow investors from Cyprus.
So we may assume there is not always a physical representative in that office building.
However Genius has a good standard for internet investments right now.

I fully understand that Genius cannot possibly accept visitors who reside in Cyprus, since it would be impossible to meet anyone in a mail-box, or a plaque in someone else's office
Why can't they be honest and tell potential investors that their Cyprus address is a tax cover for our benefit (is it ?)
They deleted (it continuously sounds engaged) their Shanghai contact number and show only a UK and Cyprus number, with call answering/diversion
Their so-called Cyprus phone is diverted to a call-center in India -- it gets better and better

I wouldn't go into this one now under any circumstances. In fact, I'd look to take my money out. Knowing before depositing that their "*********" offices are fronts, which can cost $100 or less a month means it costs them nothing to pull the plug and disappear. Anyone who's made money here should be glad and walk away. They've had a pretty long run for a hyip and who knows what day they will decide they want to disappear.

As long as someone rents a phone/fax line or mailbox in any country, they can say that they "operate" from there. The second sentence is a nice ploy of words and it simply confirms that they have no office in that building, but only a rented phone line (which is diverted to India). Then they back-up their ill-construed claim with a fact by saying the Karaiskakis building a big business center
Finally, an english person will always spell "center" 'centre', it's part of their national pride. The area code for UK is 44 and London 20, so their global fax number is connected there. The Asia/Pacific phone number has been disconnected a long time ago
