...For the informationless ones on this site: Bryan and PIPS is being investigated by Bank Negara in Malaysia and have been for several months. He CANNOT, I repeat, CANNOT get access to any of the money until the investigation is over...
Truth is, no one knows at this point. We ride it out and believe that in the end, when the snails at BN get through, we'll have our money, or at least some of it.

I feel better. Got that off my chest!

We are ALL informationless, including YOU! Someone knows... just not us! To those that ask "when will PIPS come back," or "when will we get our money," I have the same concerns. The main question I have (as do most of us here as well) is not so much when will we get our money, but DOES IT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE for Byran or anyone else to access!"

IF the money really exists (or ever existed according to our ROL), then there is hope that eventually we will get it. Someone definitely KNOWS the answer to that question. Someone definitely KNOWS what is really happening... not just any of us!

Some people can't hear anything but what they want to hear! Why blame Bryan for PIPS Funds being tied up? As far as I know he didn't do anything wrong it was the constant complaining of members and non-member calling everyone that would listen and complaining about PIPS. Now Bryan is in the same position as the rest of us, he has to sit back and wait for the bank to complete its investigation. No wonder that he doesn't like to post to the forum because people ask the same questions over and over again like he can provide the answers. Get real people! What is happing with PIPS will take a long time to sort out and the more complaining and questions will extend this time period. If you don’t want to participate in the lotto don’t that’s not too difficult of a decision. {Quote}

We all know what the situation is regarding the investigation, its just that a lot of us find it inapproprate to start a lotto and ask for more money when we are already owed so much from BM. Please dont say we knew the risks going in.

I read these posts with an open mind, but it has reached a piont of ridiculous. The fact of the matter is just that , it is in the facts. One post said or eluded to don't blame bryan. Please at least we have to be honest firstly with ourselves and then with each other. Yes we all have our points of view, but not dealing with the reality benifits no one including bryan.The fact of the matter is , is that he was the ceo and he was responsible for pips anyway you look at it, that is not in dispute. The sequence of events that took place were all under his watch and he dropped the ball.Now he and us are at the mercy of a third party that he allowed to come and assume controll because of his lack of management.Remmeber the BN is doing this to protect us,and the laws that pips may or may not have broken. Properly managed non of this would have happened. I think for my part that is what eventually I would like to hear from bryan, perhaps when this is all done. Not blamming anyone or shifting of responsibility but actually assume a full and detailed responsibility.His lack of hiring or delegating of good people to do the right thing also concerns me, as most know the right person can either make it happen or not make it happen, and good people will always make you money.As for those who say he got burned the last time by trusting, well that to falls to the ceo as he hired the wrong people, I mean a landscapper for a GM because he was a friend of his. No, there are a lot of unanswered questions and merly supporting Bryan for the sake of a wish or a hope is not good for the person or Bryan himself, as it reinforces old habits that were responsible for the position were in. The new lotto plan is going the same road as pips with, I will do it myself mentality instead of getting a professional to do it.Finally yes we all hope things will come back , but please people don't bad mouth someones opinion, rather work to make everyone even mr marsden more accountable and more professional.
