Thread: Conditions for rest and sleep

Hi, I'm really struggling with the following question and the order of placement of each section, the importance, and the checks that need to be done with the boxes.
As a child care worker, you will need to help ensure that the children have a suitable environment for rest and sleep. For each of the following items, describe why they are important and what you should check to make sure that the recreation environment is properly configured: ventilation, lighting, heating/cooling.
For example, on the topic of ventilation, I've answered two important parts and checks that need to be done, but I'm not sure if I'm on the right track or digging deeper than necessary. What do you think of the other moments?

If I'm also in need of assistance, should I start a new thread? I'm asking because I couldn't found the answer to my question. My oldest boy has recently begun to be afraid of the dark. He says that the monsters are waiting for him. Unfortunately, I still don't know how to resolve this problem. Because of his sleep problems, he's started to have problems in school.

When I had this type of difficulty, my mother bought me a night light amazon. But for my son, this doesn't work. He's still afraid of the dark. So I guess I should ask more people for pieces of advice, that's why I'm writing this here. Please, if you have some solution, report it to me.
