    I CAN > IQ
Under promise, but over deliver : Every one loves the small bonuses . Say you would complete the project report by Friday, but surprise everyone by sharing it a day earlier. This would create a long lasting impression.
Find a mentor : Always look out for someone you aspire to be in your career. That person would not only assist in building your career, but also help you by his industry connects
Stay teachable: Never let your hunger to learn die. This is the most important trait of successful people, they never stop learning.
Go beyond the job description : If you want to rise above mediocrity, it is necessary to go that extra mile which others would refuse to. Always work as if you are already at the next level and you won’t even need to ask for that promotion.
Never be a yes man : Yes Man are never appreciated. Learn to say the no with assertion, be the red teamer and be the one whom the boss look up to in times of doubt.
Delight your customer : Always bring some value proposition on table for your customers, clients or stakeholders. They should have an experience working with you that is nothing short of unforgettable.
Be the Getting-things-done guy: Even you can’t do all the things, build a reputation of person who can get the things done. Many people have climbed their corporate ladder carrying just these credentials. Everyone one loves one stop shop!
Never burn bridges: If you are leaving your team or organisation, always end it gracefully. World is too small and you can always expect encountering same people who are holding grudges against you.
You are not your job : Your happiness and health comes first, everything else can wait.

If you’re working in a top company, don’t suck up to your boss. In companies with a great western-style work culture, it works against you. It makes you look desperate and weak. Sure, be respectful to your manager. But be equally respectful to your other colleagues. By the way if you searching for a job I can recommend to use Jobsora service, I found good job in Uyo https://ng.jobsora.com/jobs-uyo with it help.

I think, to read more is good advice. The more you know... I always read the information because it helps me to find the hidden way out and improve analyzing skills. Even when I want to buy a new bag, I read this page about Fake Louis Vuitton to convince myself that it is good
