    For adults this time is about 7-9 hours. Kids sleep much more.

    I think that as much as you want so much and you need to sleep.

    I never paid enough attention to the quality of sleep and that's a huge mistake. https://trusthealthnet.com/ - here it's said that healthy sleep is really important to maintain your brain health. So now I understand that I should change my sleeping habits.
