They sell for 8K each. 18 X $8,000.00 USD = $144,000.00. You breed that one male to 2 females a year. Here is the way I would like to set this up. I would like to offer 100 spots at $800.00 each in a Limited Partnership. I will buy the first 20. I will then pay out to each each spot 1% of the net profits after the offspring are produced and sold. Based on the production averages that would be $3700.00 to each spot. I will also setup a website (access limited to investors) to allow all investors to monitor the facility and I will include a daily journal of what is happening.
