I am a new member in affiliate.

I want to know the procedure how to start affiliate marketing?I want exact one by one step.

There are many good threads about affiliate-marketing on this forum. Search for them. It's basicvally about registering to Clickbank, selecting a niche and a products, and buying ppc-advertising from Adsense or other program like that.
