We all try to look for great pr weblogs but I have discovered that many or most of the great pr weblogs don't accept your feedback.
So Here is a record of weblogs who have no pr but they position of around 15000000.(7-8 digits)
These weblogs also may get a pr later on.
If not currently if you publish you will still get few upgrades in you positions.

Where is the list of those blogs, I need them really, please let me know...

If you are trying to find dofollow blogs then it is not easy as there is no footprint to find doifollow elements in SEO.
