The State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) recently sent documents to two foreign banks namely Standard Chartered and Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corp (HSBC) proposing to complete necessary documents before SBV grants establishment licenses of 100% foreign-invested subsidiary bank in Viet Nam for these banks.
