That's as it should be. Sounds rather like saying "they'd really rather not go to the cesspool" - GOOD! It's a hellhole, it USED TO BE a good place to go, but that changed within the past year or so. And apparently that's just fine with Brian, as long as he's still making money with it.

I recently saw a poster over there claiming he knew it all, and therefore he wasn't actually arrogant. He apparently didn't realize there are insanely intelligent people who don't believe that makes them better than anyone else. The word 'humility' could go a very long way towards fixing his particular problem.

Any rate - I bring him up to compare to Brian, who believes page views and visitors are the bottom line. Doesn't matter to him that they are there because it's the cyber equivalent of rubber-necking at an accident. He routinely allows his regular posters to insult, denigrate, malign, belittle and shame those who don't agree with them.

I'm a firm believer in Karma. Maybe someday he'll love someone who'll be treated as badly as his visitors are, and then he'll buy a clue.

Or maybe not, and money will be more important than how badly people are treated on his watch.

But in all fairness to Brian, he did recently criticize some of the posters for rubbing it in our faces and said that we are good people who have lost a lot of money and should be left alone -;

I don't believe there is an 'all fairness to Brian'. He has personally allowed me, personally, to be slandered over there for a couple of years now. As long as that is an ongoing situation, I will continue to let people know what kind of a place TG is.

sykus, whats your username at TG? I'm curious as to who you are. I try my best to keep things in order, but my personal life has been hectic the last 8 months or so. I'm sorry you feel this way about me. I try my best, and no, I don't "believe page views and visitors are the bottom line." I admit that I have to make a living, but I will put the my beliefs ahead of money any day. I'm proud of talkgold and what I have done with it the last few years, haveing said this, if I could go back, I would have done some things differently and have made mistakes, but have learned a great deal along the way.

Over there, they attach my name to anything they want and nobody bothers to find out if it's true. Latest incident I read of was Plexpay. I'm not in it, but that hasn't stopped them.

There's one thing nobody's mentioned in this thread that's needed to have a relatively short incubation period for a Ponzi, a verified sucker list. PIPS list must be a dream for Plexpay. Add a few calls for "diversification" by shills like Berta, convenient links to a website run by "trusted" PIPsters & you have a new bright shiny object in the sky. But they burn out much faster as the growth happens rapidly, exponentially increasing the need for cash each month.
