Just wondering if anyone has used this system yet. Is it working? I would like to but there is no e-mail address to send questions to.

Hi
I have moved this thread to its correct place.
admin
I know a few people that have signed up and sent the payment in.
They just signed up and the first payment is to be made 30 days.
My son called and said he got a call from his mortgage company. Pips Realty made Augusts payment by Wire Transfer... Now if only PIPS would wire transfer me my Feb 18th money.
I get the feeling that legalities of paying off a mortgage are a lot easier than giving you cash.
Pips has reneged on wire transfers, checks, and now merchants. I hope you do not lose your house.
There must be some advantage for them to do this.
I looked over all the paper work and can not find anything that hands over the deed or title.
The only think I can think is an AITD on all properties that would be a master wrap to loan against.
If that is the case each house is being loaned against as a bundle and could be in jeopardy.
But who knows?
The paper work was not real specific.
I wish all the prealty persons the best of luck.
Well, if they don't pay, I guess you would go into forclosure. "Don't invest anything you can't afford to lose".
You are showing your ignorance PeerPerson..
Peerperson you are showing alot of ignorance what are you talking about? That isn't it works period. If you don't know what you are talking about it is best to shut up instead of making yourself look like an *****.
take care
I would contact my bank every month to make sure the payment was made and also have the cash on hand just in case.
There is nothing wrong with being prepared, and besides if the payment isnt made the bank will let you know.
Good News!! Yeah!! My mortgage payment was made by P*icrealty, right on time. It was due today. Just wanted to let everyone know there is hope. Hang in there. I can see a little light at the end of the tunnel and I hope it turns into a Spotlight for everyone.
Have a great day!! :D
drd did you get in with picpay funds?
drdemaree that is good news. There is nothing wrong with the program the staff are still there in Malaysia just that they are having banking problems everyone chill out
Hello Aceman,
Yes, I paid my 10% with picpay money. It took about 2 weeks to get all the documentation faxed to them and after that was all approved, I then had to mail all the originals to Malaysia. This took another two weeks to get the final confirmation and then you pay your 10%, either with a bank wire or picpay. You have 7 days to get it paid after the confirmation.
I hope this helps. Ms. Puspa was extremely helpful.
:?: How do you sign up for the mortgage program. I can't find a link on the site? Is it paid with Pic Pay funds? Thanks to all!
go to https://picrealty.com/index.php
register and open an account. add property into the account. download the PDF format agreement forms. follow the instructions and return the forms to office once done.
if calling from the us......what numbers do you need before the actual pic reality number
and the person who got an e-mail.....how did you communicate in an e-mail in the first place...since there is no e-mail address listed?
this might help you http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/
011 + 60 +67996607
011 USA International code
60 Malaysia Country Code
6 Area Code
7996607 Pic Realty Office Tel no.
Look for the person incharge Ms. Puspa
The other alternative is to use skype (www.skype.com) service called skyout.
It's cheap Voice Over IP telephoney service for oversea call.
If you think I am ignorant, why don't you enlighten me with facts instead of just telling me to "shut up"? How rude is that?
Like I said, all "I" know is that pips hasn't payed anyone anything since December. If you know something different, I would LOVE to know it too.
If you go to the merchants area of this forum, you will find that one of the merchants has been paid and is sending the products to his customers. So somebody has been paid since December.
You know, if Bryan were a crook, he would have done what all the crooks do--send a dear John letter and fade into the sunset never to be seen or heard from again. The fact that he's still there and the website is still there tells me a lot.

Hi hzchoice I am with you on what you just said.
That is what all the scammers do & he is still here so please give the man a break and let things work out.
If he was going to double cross us the site would not still be here.
Take care
Hi guys, isn't this the PicRealty testimonials forum. Let's try to keep some sort of system here and stick to the headline topics. Reading about all you complaints I can do elsewhere.
Does anyone know if Pips Realty is currently accepting their 10% fee through PicPay?
peerperson, hopefully this helps. the only way you would go into foreclosure with the realty program is if you are a complete moron. At which point, i would imagine you should be fine because you wouldn't be intelligent enough to realize you are living in a gutter next to a smelly dog with 1 eye.
It's really quite simple. Every month, like clockwork, call your mortgage company to confirm that the payment was made. if it wasn't made, ask the person who was making the payment before the program to pay it. that person most likely is you. Take ownership of the situation. If you sign up for the program and your mortgage doesn't get paid and you never attempt to make a payment and one day someone puts a padlock on your house and you can't get in because YOU DON"T LIVE THERE ANYMORE, you got no one to blame but your own dumb brain. That would be the opportune time to ask the local sheriff to let you back in the house so you can get a q-tip and wretchedly stab your brain for tricking you all the years into thinking you were smart.
Seriously, take ownership of the things you do and try your hardest to think a little further ahead than the 3 minutes intakes to microwave your popcorn.
MMMMM.... popcorn. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
You are imaginative in the way you insult each other, I have to give you that, not that it makes it much better.........
Would you please stop this nonsense now? Or do I have to delete every second post here?
Shell, I'm not insulting anyone specifically. You've got to admit that someone would have to be a complete fool to allow there home to be foreclosed upon simply because they signed up for the program. A program, by the way, that I am all for.
If nothing else, I'm trying to get the people of this forum to take responsibility for their lives. I for one am sick of people saying "I can't do this or that because of Bryan." I'd like to know what people did before they heard about this and why they apparently lent more than the could afford to lose.
The idea behind the whole program (and correct me if I'm wrong)is to give you freedom but instead the members have allowed it to shackle them worse than any 9 to 5, or 7 to 7 depending on what you do.
Everyone needs to hope for it but continue living. The negativity and moping and speculating is worthless. Go play catch with your kids. Call an old friend. Watch a movie. Read a book. Do anything but for God's sake, do something besides read the forum and whine.
And like that..... I'm gone.

Its_me, thank you for the info!
That sucks big time! I was ready to do it with a little help from my friend. If only I hadn't decided to wait until after our holidays. @#%&!!. OH WELL.
Hi,
I was not trying to be insulting to anyone. I was accused of being "ignorant", which means that I don't know something. So I said, "Fine, if I don't know, enlighten me". So I got slammed with insults.
I figured if I asked someone to pay the mortgage for me, and they did not pay, I would eventually lose my house. But I don't own a house, so your are right, I am "ignorant" of how the foreclosure process works. But my real point was, if I did own a house, and pips was not paying checks or merchants, why would I trust them to pay my mortgage?
I don't understand why you just can't explain something clearly and nicely without being rude and insulting.
