Haven't been able to log-in since Fri.
I keep getting a box that thinks I want to cchange passwords on my accounts, which I don't want to do. Then it gives me the user name/ password not found. I filled out a couple of tickets but no results yet. Hope it happens soon so we can get in to read the news when it comes. Think I have tried at least a hundred times. Guess I'm learning patience. Betty

Betty, the best way you can overcome your despair on the accounts is give the PIPS support a call and they can correct it straightaway... I hope you have all the account identity numbers at hand rather than spelling out every account etc... helps move faster and for them too in shortening time on the telephone, it's much more efficient to go with the numbers instead, esp. if you have plenty of accounts to deal with.
