I just got to wondering last night if there is any possibility or any way that we could have an online bill paying service through PICPAY like the banks have? That would really take the pressure off of many people who have to wait for their WTs to come through.

Such a plan might not be practical, but on the other hand, it might be a snap for the techies.

We are setting up a couple of products along those lines.

You pay whatever amount they want. And when I receive the funds, cut checks to pay off your credit cards, second mortgage, car loans, etc.

I think it is indeed a "wonderful" alternative to minimize both anxeity to uncertainty for those that may benefit such feasibility. I am unsure if this would resolve and to whatever extent it may prove worthy of the process, but if it applies to more countries outside the USA, it may just be a "cashpot-4-payoffs" to highlight....of course, to the pioneer-merchant that introduce it ASAP.
