Is the disability proof card worth the £20 for discounts and concessions?

I keep seeing this £20 disability proof card pop up and I’m torn on whether it’s worth it. I’ve got hidden disabilities and I’m tired of awkward chats trying to explain myself every time I ask for support or concessions. Part of me hopes the card would make life smoother, but I don’t want to throw money at something that ends up sitting in a drawer. If you’ve used it, did it actually help with discounts or making things less stressful? Or is it just clever marketing? Looking for real experiences before I waste another penny.

I got my own card sorted through https://www.disabilityid.co.uk/apply/ and the quick turnaround was a nice surprise. The wallet-sized format makes it easy to show when I need a bit of assistance, and the emergency contact QR option helped me feel a bit more at ease. The discounts at different venues have been a handy bonus too.
