Donít look down upon your customers and donít get easily angered because there are customers with different moods and temperaments. Rather, try to learn how to deal with them and get them satisfied.

Theyíre not nuisances. Theyíre not assholes. Theyíre a blessing to your business. Theyíre the reasons behind your success. If they didnít patronize you, your business would fail. Your progress is due to their patronage. You owe them tons gratitude.

Without them, you canít be where youíre. Donít ignore their relevant messages, and their calls. Donít betray the trust they have in you, and donít betray or cheat them. Give them the best services you can give Ė they deserve it.

I shake my head whenever I see exchangers, entrepreneurs and customer support staff who behave as if theyíre gods. Itís clear they forget their humble beginnings.
