I recieved my financial aid offer sometime in the middle of the summer, and I turned down all my loan offers because at the time, I didn't think I would need it. I would only be out ~$500, and could pay that out of pocket.

But now some of the scholarships I earned from the State has been revoked and/or lessened due to budget cuts and I need that federal unsubsidized loan. What can I do to get the offer back?
