Hello, I am a Chartered Certified Accountant and I live in Mauritius. I would like to open an offshore business in Mauritius and I am looking for a partner specialised in marketing to bring client to the Company.

Here in Mauritius the Offshore Management Companies works well and is very profitable. Most of the international companies have affiliation here. The most important thing is that Offshore Companies are taxed at 3% only and the shareholders can have 100% dividend after the 3% tax.

Labour is cheap and the fees to authorities are cheap also.

The charges will be competitive as in the market and for initial investment it will be around US$ 15,000 to US$ 20,000 for maintenance of office for the first months until client starts to pay.

I am a Chartered Certified Accountant and i will be responsible for preparing accounts of client. The partner i am looking for will be in charge of Marketing and Administration.

The bugeted number of client is 10 - 20 for the first month and it should increase by 5 - 10 for each month. THe marketing partner will be wholely responsible for this and all marketing costs will be borne by the COmpany.
