April 8th, Bush to give speech In or on Iraq

I have been hearing that Bush is going to give a speech on or in Iraq. I have also heard that it is going to be kinda like a state of the union or country speech. I have heard (rumor) that the Iraqi goverment with all the positive news coming out about there country and the oil being pumped (may) move to reval there money before said speech. This is all rumors I have heard , if anyone out here can add to this I would shurly appreciate it. I am not writing this post to stir things up, quite the contrary,but if its even remotely possible, wouldnt that be incredible!!

well Benzboy...I have heard so many rumors come and go on this forum over the years since i purchased my dinars....I really don't think the Iraqi government is capable of doing anything anymore..they have had ample time to turn things around in their country by now...it seems they{GOI} like things as they are...with the US tax payers paying for the war with our tax money...and our women and men's lives....while they argue and fight over who will make a penny more then the other guy....I mean it will be great if it would happen as you say...but I am not holding my breath waiting for it to happen with these corrupt men in their government....we won't have long to wait to find out...April 8th is a week away...I can tell you this...Bush has about the lowest rating of any U.S. president before him....this war and the way he has handled it has been a disaster and a joke....he NEEDS something like a revel at a good price to at least save a little face and recoup some of the spending of the war....couple that with outrageous gas prices and one can see why he is not popular at all ...but....we can only hope and pray that it does happen as soon as April 8th ....if not then...one day soon.:thumbsup:..IMHO...Pat

I never said it was my rumor, but itwas something I had heard. I do agree with you on bush. George W.Bush is an evil crook and he will go down in history as the worst president in history of the United States Of America. both he and cheney should be tried for treason.

Investing in Iraqi dinars is like betting on a long shot at a horse race. Everyone in the race has a chance and those who bet on the long shots profit more if their horse wins.

I try to avoid rumors and go to the Iraqi Media Network for news on Iraq. At least if there is speculation there it is informed speculation.

Who would ever deny, running the Presidency from the Oval Office is not one to be envied and George certainly is no "Angel" either after 9/11 however, if that was your ideal choice, I can't imagine what Carter's peanuts Policies would have caused if he stayed in Office, but was timely replaced thank goodness for bad or for worse but certainly, the good & skillful as a President wasn't in him... he was more cut out as an "intermediary" specialist after his term and by George again.... :cheer:he executed his office with excellence at that level.

I know George would remain meaningful once left... perhaps golfing instead at his ranch and to write his book on his pitfalls for two terms and receiving buddy (Pres.) Talabani frequently to be personally updated about Kurdish courage and ambitions!!!

I think its general petraus that is supposed to give a good positve speech and progress report before the nation. Im not sure its bush giving the speech, but anyhow at this point i don't really care. If nothing happen by next year at time im affraid this investment is dead as im starting to think the ISX once it goes electronic and global you will make some good money. When vietnam did when they first opened stocks soared i believe and iraq will be an emerging economy in the future that im sure of. This dinar thing i dont know im starting to have my doubts but will hold on to the end .....if by next year or as soon as the isx goes electronic i want to send 70 percent of my stash and put it in there markets.

well I think its safe to say that we didn't have a RV on the 8th...hopefully it won't be that long before we do....go DINARS...Pat

Let's say Iraq revalues the dinar on April 20th (example only), would you then say that Bush done the right thing and made the right moves??? Just curious.
