hey thanks for the info ...as we take it with a grain of sand things are shaping up this month and lets hope the reshuffle that they have been talking about for over a year now takes place and article 7 is gone and sanctions lifted. Guess well see what happens Ill just remain optomistic and not get all stoked about it.. Every month for the past 2 years has been RV RV RV this month because of this and that and this and how can they let there people suffer and yada yada yada and nada. They just have to!! and blah blah! Nothing happens. We can only hope or dream or rates you mentioned. Tank

No problem tank, just passing on what I heard. This guy has been in the middle of it over there for the past three years+, and this is the first time he has said anything about a change.

Doesn't matter, it will happen or won't happen. Just looking around for any conformation if someone had heard anything.

Rumors come and they go and it slowly grows, which is fine with me.

Crack whatever jokes you like, I've heard'em all on here before. LOL
