Thread: Question About the 28th of October

Good Morning RolClub. Looks like a busy news week coming up. US pushing hard on the oil law passage, Turks trying to kill bad guys, and RC members waiting for good news about the anticipated RV. Saw in the news the "good guys" killed 80 "bad guys in Afghanistan on Saturday. Have you noticed that some are claiming a news blackout from Iraq in other forums. My take is that there is SO much positive news, the Libs are afraid to put it out. Says that we ARE winning and that might upset Auntie Hillary..... I know by reading my sons E mails from Iraq that shops are open daily, business is good, schools have been open and doing well, more cars on the road than ever before in remembered history, electricity and water in most locations (service as good or better than before the war)..Now we even have WOMEN Police officers (Great News), these ladies have been held as second rate citizens, now they have GUNS and BADGES>> Woo, Wooo... Great Day all.

All the IP I've seen have been skinney guys with BIG mustashes and armed with AK's
Of course you can't see too much going fast thru town. There is a lot of people out shopping and the cars are everywhere. The best thing is the daily wake ups are all but over, so I know frist hand we are making progress against the "BAD GUYS" We are able to pickup ID at 1000 to 1 that sounds promising from where I'm at.............Good days are on the way.

Like with many, if George deserves a BIG thumbs up for doing what is necessary in Iraq.... then he deserves it come what may with all the hardships and controversy Auntie Hillary the "brocolli ladybird" is stirring for political gains.

I often wondered, and there are many among you too, on one hand with a thumbs down for Bush and his Iraq policies while on the other, cunningly wishing for a landslide payout with millions for your chance to be part of raping Iraq off with millions of Dinars to be rich?!!!

If you think the dinars deserve to convert and come out with a great value....and thanks to what the US Administration is doing...OWN UP and admit it and give support to the actions taken!!!

Contrary to many I also exchanged privately and openly around my proximity, I certainly believe Bush did what was inevitable and for the better in that region albeit the reasons for oil or others... he is the one that DID IT and I don't think GORE would be the right fella or have the guts to execute this uneviable and bold decision so far in American Foreign policies.

Yogi, just got in and saw your post. I support President Bush, Heck, if we had not given them a year to dump the WMD's in Syria, the reason for war would be a moot point. I am not one that thinks my investment is on the blood of my gallant warriors. I will do you better that that. I have already set up a series of investments to help returning amputees and Vets with massive injuries get a head start to normal life. I gave that up to God a long time ago. Thanks for the post and glad to see so many folks back on. We are getting better every day and it is because of folks like you and seaview.

Hey Warrior, I guess we need a new thread started with general Iraq/dinar comments instead of posting in the rumors thread within a post that something was suppose to happen on Oct 28. Anyone with a little more experience in starting a thread would you please start a new general iraq comments thread. thanks.

I support the president in Iraq even though I question some of the actions taken, however, to characterize my investment in the dinar as an effort on my part to RAPE Iraq is way off base. I invested firstly to make a profit and I only thought it was feasible to make a profit because I had confidence that the Iraqis wanted freedom and self determination. I also believed the U.S. would not allow this to be a failure. Rape was never one of my motivations.

I was told we would be "helping" Iraq, not raping them. I just want my money and to get the heck out.

Sorry I missed you Po, work got in the way. I still think this will be a very interesting week. Don't look for any rv, but look for some very serious work by Parliment. Keep me posted my friend.
