At those rates of an RV we will or most will be instant millionares.Not happening friend. A rv at .31 will mean if you own 1 millon dinar you have over 3 million us dollars. You make no sense with your opinion. Tank

Lets keep on track with this thread!.. We have many member's that get very offended by small ugly remarks..

I got into this investment 3 years ago on a very simple idea: that the value of the dinar will increase dramatically when there is peace and prosperity in Iraq.
I still believe this.

However, de****e all the various benchmarks along the way (HCL, ICI, FIL) none of them have helped create the peace and prosperity that is the fundemental underpinning of a strong dinar.

When there is peace and stability it will boom. Not sure if this will be by slow-grow or reval, but it will boom. But there has to be some kind of accord among factions first.

When? I hope for Sept. when parliament reconvenes, but who knows?

as much as i debunk ln-if you examine the news thru his eyes-things are interesting. if you assume his sources and viewpoints are correct-things are falling into place. ive listened to him for 5 shows....

The most powerful force we have working for a good RV is the fact that our President and a lot of other good people want it to happen. IMO, we must win the struggle in Iraq or face it again in the near future. Wisdom will prevail in this war and it will be good for Iraq and for our investment.

I've placed 50% of my stash in Warka savings and ISX, also considering their CD's. We may even have good news in Sept. if the GOI gets it together. Too much oil in the ground to delay the oil patch groups....money talks!!!

My math is perfect if your 0.31 is cents to one dinar. If it's .31 dinar to the dollar then you are correct. It can be seen either way depends how positive you are about this speculation.
