I bought all of my dinar from Safe Dinar and never had to provide ID but 2 different friends ordered $250,000 dinar and both had to provide thier drivers license, one of them twice. I think it's random.
If you look on Safe Dinar & Dinar Trade’s web sites you will see that they are registered with the U.S. Treasury Department. As such they are bound by records requirements that must be held for inspections and required transactions reporting regulations.
Even the Banking Systems is required to report each bank transaction over $10,000 in value. Have any of you given any thought to the fact that the U.S. Treasury Department and the IRS already know how much IQD that you have purchased? In the end there will come a time when you will get a visit in regards to unpaid taxes and asset holdings.
Better get a handle on the Laws that could come back to bit you in the ass when you lease expect it. Get some legal advice and protect yourself before you need it. Remember that they already have learned for the Kuwaiti Dinar RV and are ready for you now! If you are foolish to think you can beat the system, think again. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t make the system work for you…

I ordered some from Safe Dinar..The ID depends on large quantities. That's what the customer service person told me when I ordered. So, I reduced the amount.

Also, even if they are registered with the treasury department, they cannot tell you whether they are legitimate or not. When I first bought from Dinar Trade, I called the treasury department and was told that they did not have that information as they do not check thoroughly. Even I could register with them.
I would be totally numb and dumbfounded for about .....oh, 5 minutes, then I'd be like http://www.amazing-animations.com/an.../dancing12.gif and then http://www.amazing-animations.com/animations/car10.gif off to see either Ali or my new favorite bank, Chase (unless others are exchanging by then) then I'd gladly write that big tax check and be like http://www.amazing-animations.com/animations/foods8.gifhappy as this cone for days!:toofunny:
im paying my taxes WHEN i cash out my dinar, each time i cash out i will pay up front the tax incurred on each transaction at that time so as not to have the IRS visit me later, naturally. doesnt mean i have to cash it all out at once. i bought enough for uncle sam too.
