read it again. the parliament of K U R D I S T A N approved of 140 ! Of course they would ! Its in their interest. This is not the Iraqi parliament ! There is no mention of the GOI passing this, so essentially there is no progress. The Kurds were just reaffirming that this is their agenda. Keep hope alive tho. Perhaps soon.
