That is what seems to happen with most rumors on these forums. A rumor gets stated. It falls off the radar after no RV in a few days. A month or 2 later, it should still be relevant, and news comes out that supports it, but nobody seems to remember the old rumor enough to put 2 and 2 together. Seems to happen all of the time. I would bet that most of the rumors (aside from the RV at $x.xx amount rumors) do end up being relevant on some scale. Just like all of the RV excitement in April really did have significance - just no RV. It was when LOIs, etc were signed. People attach RV amounts to otherwise reliable rumors and then they tend to fail. They will fail until the RV occurs. But, we should look through the RV excitement and see what could drive the rumor.
