Actually you can open a non resident account with HSBC in Dubai or Jordan and it can even be done from the country your live in! For example i live in Australia and I can have all the paperwork sent over to here and have my docs verified and then they send the paperwork back! It can be done!

My two cent...

I'm living, working under sponsorship in Doha, Qatar and heavyjet is correct, however, I've heard that foreigners excluding American can open non resident accounts at HSBC. I understand as long as you live outside US and can show proof of residents; you can apply for a Jersey or Isle of Man off shore account.

With all the sarcasm running rampant, there is NOBODY who would even want to post their info here, even if they are on the level. Who wants to get bashed to H_ _ L and back for trying to help.
