as i had posted since last week.....there was no guarantee that the ISX would open on the first.....these Iqaqi's[the government]haven't gotten it right yet....delay after delay....while they pad their pockets and their own people continue to suffer.....well i guess that this revel rumor of $3.45 has been put to rest....at least for now....maybe one day this government will finally get it right....IMHO....GO DINARS...Pat

This is as good a confirmation that you are going to get that there will be no rv this week. Timing is everything. An rv will never happen in a bad news week and this is a particularly bad news week all round for Iraq - and it's only Tuesday.

Many thnx for the link Inscrutable... The delay will meet with another delay come September...this could go to the 1st quarter of 2008...too many things need to be put into place before such a transition. The enormity of the transition will continue to baffle those in charge.

So does the ISX have to on the verge of opening for an RV to occur?
