I think you are right also...but either way,it means that big revel of this week is on hold....the way it looks.....i figured a long time ago they were going to delay the opening.....and who knows...they might delay again in August or October when they are supposed to open again....with these people,you never know.....IMHO...Pat

On the plus side - she did say 'within 60 days'. That pretty much leaves the door open for between now and then. I sort of see this as a good sign that a 'bold adjustment' will/could be in place before the ISX goes live for foreign investors. Fingers and everything crossed.

So you could have a tan from the Caymans still.

Yeah to their announcement of HCL passing in a couple of months.

I'm with you Seaview, should happen before FI trading, electronic or not I'm sure it will take some time to work out the bugs in the electronic operation so not suprising to see a time difference between FI trading & electronic trading. jmo

Its all good! Let the local nationals get their high pensions and high revalued dinars so that they may invest in their ISX first, then let the foreigners come in after they bought it up somewhat. It all makes sense to me, now. Summer, no problem. Let's just get it going.

She never said in 60 days. She said on or before October 1 and then she said withing 60 days. Do you really think she's gonna say it will open on such and such day. Never. It's very good news for us. Anyway I believe we will see an RV before this. IMO..
