Sure, but we had perfect credit until HSBC reported false information.

They reported 90 days late. We've never been late.

We called to fix it. They said at first "we've made a serious error" and "we will fix it by december" (This is only after we had to get a lawyer involved and do a 60 day respa letter)

So the December date passes without the fixes to our credit they promised.

Then they give us a written response to their "account investigation" to our respa letter.

The letter said "We are sorry. We lost your mortgage paperwork."

So we called them. They said "It is showing as fixed in our system. You were not late."

Checked all 3 credit reports. Nope. Not fixed. 90 days late. All 3 bureaus, with different months reported as "late"

    Filed disputes....

    Dispute investigations expire....

The results of ALL 3 reporting agencies....

HSBC reports as of March "the 90 days late remarks are accurate"

Anyways, some people with awesome credit can very easily have their credit ruined by incompetent banks.

And who do the 3 credit bureaus side with every time?

    The creditor.

Our mortgage has jumped way up to 12% because of them.

And yeah, we are filing suit.

Our next step is to find out exactly how much we can get for 7 counts of fraudulent reporting, gross negligence, etc. etc. etc.

    Hate those guys.

Lightbulb Ok Here is my Report.

I wanted to share this with anyone that can use the help with their Credit Rating. As you know I said awhile back that I hire a Credit Consultant back in January.

I am their best results they have ever had. Exsample below of a person (me) that paid everything off in cash 4 years ago and need to refinace by May 16th, 2006:

In Late January 07 As of April 26th 2007

    Equafax: 458 686
    Exsperian: 511 674
    TransUnion: 615 725

I just closed This Past Tuesday with a 5.75% fixed rate. Was looking at 9.3 plus. I also just Today refinanced my 2006 Dodge Ram Truck from 12.38% for 67 more months to 8.49% for a New 60 months at same payment., plus skip two house payment and one truck payment. Saved over $3,000.00 on the two house payments and over $4,000.00 on dropping from 67 payments left on my truck to 60 plus skip one month too.

For what I paid this lady and her company to help my Credit situation ($781.00 plus $89 amonth until I was satisfied) was befar more than I ever imagined. If I had told others duriong my procsess and they hired her aswell, then they give you the monthly fees free. I am done now and very happy with the results. I told her about Rolclub and the Global of it. She can assit anyone in the US only, and all she needs is for you to contact her and have a chat. PM me for any details. Only sharing what has happened for me.

Funny thing was I never would of know this after paying off all debts 4 years ago, and only paying cash for all wants, until the needs came up. Just goes to show you that Paying your cash out doesnt help with your ratings when you need those bigger needs.

Quite a difference, Neno! Does your counsellor know anybody who does her job in Canada? I could use a little better rating right now!
