    Default Good News..............

    Interesting,

Since most of us have been hanging on for over a year on forum, and we have all shared our hopes dreams and aspirations, lets look at the good news of this stressful delay in seeing dinar resotored to former value.

As many know, when we were having fun about expanding our homes, buying new ones, etc, so let look at the good news of delay, we will be able to pick up real estate at 30% to 40% less than it was last year in most parts of the country. Personally, this delay will add to out net worths significantly as real estate slides into the deepp abyss of the unknown.

I like to look at the bright side, and I have expected this real estate crash for almost tow years now, so now that the bubble has burst, and the dinar is about to be restored, talk about the greatest combination ever, flushed with cash, and real estate values imploding, this is prime time for all of us real estate investors, so thank goodness for the delay, forclosures are going to create some great opportunities for all of us, so hang in there. (g)

Good luck and health to all, Mike

I've been keeping my eye on this very thing. Very important for me in Santa Cruz where the median home price is $750,000!

Outstanding observation OSW! I have had my eye on a few good real estate ventures for a while noe and it looks like it is about to pay-off any day now.

It's just Californication. Where I live median price is around $1,000,000. It's a beach area, but most houses are nothing special. Just too many people trying to buy too few properties. Supply and demand, baby! Crazy, crazy, market.

I can't agree more with Mike on this insight and retrospect, given the likely implosion which is about to occur as we make headway ourselves!!!

Another good and favourable turnout with the value of perservered patience is to see the fruits blossoming after humble waiting...

To add to that surprise, I had yet another national payout by the Govt in to my back office account... the 4th in under 13 months!!!

These all adds to the timing, good FengShui (U don't have 2 believe it... ) and perfect balance to further accomodate another new Condo in the pipeline soon...somewhere far and exotic in location....

Agreed. I'm also looking at real estate as a wealth building tool for my family and perhaps as an inheritance for their children should the world last that long.
It seems that the state insists, or preserve the value of the Iraqi dinar 148 against the dollar ...Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states [ MOF Sept 2006]
