Santa Cruz is a beach town as well. The only thing that keeps us from going higher in price is that it's also a collage town. Some of the housing needs to stay somewhat affordable.

Since most of us have been hanging on for over a year on forum, and we have all shared our hopes dreams and aspirations, lets look at the good news of this stressful delay in seeing dinar resotored to former value.

As many know, when we were having fun about expanding our homes, buying new ones, etc, so let look at the good news of delay, we will be able to pick up real estate at 30% to 40% less than it was last year in most parts of the country. Personally, this delay will add to out net worths significantly as real estate slides into the deepp abyss of the unknown.

I like to look at the bright side, and I have expected this real estate crash for almost tow years now, so now that the bubble has burst, and the dinar is about to be restored, talk about the greatest combination ever, flushed with cash, and real estate values imploding, this is prime time for all of us real estate investors, so thank goodness for the delay, forclosures are going to create some great opportunities for all of us, so hang in there. I've been studying the foreclosure process and it can take 3 to 6 months. I think what disturbs me the most is not being able to pay my bills for the first time in my life.

It's not you Bill, It's the USA's *****ic Government. That is throwing the USA into, not third world status. But forth world status and off the charts, the house of cards is collapsing! That's what happens when you let fournier's into the country. Grant them every wish. While they screw their bread & butter citizens. With no jobs and less jobs! Then they will not loan out business loans for start ups! Then to top it off, they have stupid laws. For every thing under the sun. Then to finish things off, they send millions of innocent people to prison every year! Then if they need more prisoners, they plant ***** on people and sentence them to 80 in prison!
