Not starting any rumors but will we see something next week which history shows. 2 years out of 21 years the IMF has updated their rates around the last week of April. Plus with the ICI meeting on May 3-4th. Things could really heat up soon. Are they going to stick with the artificial rate of 1272 or finally resort to a real rate?

Presently such systems are being put into practice in the general center and general management to be spread later on to the other branches. Baghdad Bank has also signed a contract to use (SWIFT) system in external transfers in 2005. This system shall be run during the above mentioned year.
I would to inform all the stockholders of Baghdad Bank that the report of the managing council 2004 was prepared according to the demands of Central Bank of Iraq to balance US dollar price to 0.310 ID instead of its real value (1460) ID per 1 US dollar, so, the report and general budget do not necessarily reflect the actual situation of Baghdad Bank and the volume of economical incoming indexes, so, this report was issued in order to meet the demands of the rules and instructions.
We are on a short countdown to May 3-4th with the signing of the ICI and oil summit going on this week. Things are looking very promising so far.

You know anything can happen. All we can do is wait and see. Get excited if you wish, it's great for rumors. Your information is very interesting to view. Just waiting to see something positive come out of this soon.

Don't you guys see the news? Its only the Baghdad area and Anbar province thats screwed up. Northern Iraq (kurdistan) and southern Iraq are booming!!!! If we had Kurds in the Parliment or as the PM a Reval would have been done months ago.

not to be critical
[QUOTE=shotgunsusie;189263]it was a nice thought strongtower until the thread was infiltrated by nellies.[/QUOTe
I sure don't mean to be critical of anything someone posts, but...golly...I agree with you, Susie....the negative stuff is really a downer. I am the proverbial optimist; I strongly believe that we must either keep positive, or this whole adventure will get us down and depressed.Behold the turtle-he makes progress only when he sticks his neck out

LOL
It never fails, people who have no dreams or aspirations will always want to crush someone else's. I disagree with a lot of people's thought but I don't waist my time bashing them. The funny thing is there are a lot of people who say it won't happen but they stick around reading the DD day in and day out. If I don't believe in an investment my butt is gone. Keep up your DD.
