No Ranger III. He did not mention why it changed just that this is the latest info he got. This is from the same source in which he got the original information I posted a week ago.

he didnt LOWER it. he stated on the first post of this thread: "April 10th @ .59 to the dollar" NOT FIFTY NINE CENTS.

.59 to the dollar would be that percentage OF the dollar. just as theyve always stated it. for example they say .31:1 which is saying thirty one percent of the dollar, NOT THIRTY ONE CENTS. same thing the bank of baghdad says which equates to $3.22 or whatever.
so, .59 to the dollar would be $1.69 which is suspiciously close to the yazzamen rate, isnt it dd??

I believe it will start out at 1.70 and then we will see it climb to 3.22,any thoughts?

Well, I just found out my date--as in the date I leave to go to work for 6 months....

Thank you, Susie, for straightening us out again. I actually thought it might
be the inverse, or $1.69, that he had in mind, but I didn't want to get carried away with such possible castles in the sky.

Thanks SGS for the clarification. I can live with 59 cents but I really like $1.69 much better. Please keep up with all the good work that you do.
