1) After noticing the sudden arrival of lots of small & large drilling equipment & nosing around a bit at the hotels full of oil people . . . Brother #1 reports they are *HIRING* local laborers. Some are starting work next week . . . Wonder why?

2) Uncle, who is a lot better, reports that contracts are being *INKED* . . . with next week . . . as set up . . . it apparently takes a week, at least, to set up drilling equipment. He hemmed & hawed . . . but finally wouldn’t surmise on the HCL . . . but my guess is it is done or *VERY* close . . . and some of the insiders know it . . .

3) Brother #2 reports that he hasn’t been able to find anyone selling Dinars . . . a few trying to buy . . . but not very successfully . . .
