I think he's talking about the black market dinar sellers. Adster said in another thread that someone he knows in Iraq said that nobody has been selling dinar for a week at the Haji Market.

I dont know about the Haji Market, but onanda shows that the street rate is there. Then again I have had a email telling me of a family in Iraq that has said they are spending as little dinar as possible. Just have needs for now. Like if they need a T-shirt, will wait until it is not wearable anylonger. Tells me that they want to hang on to them as long as possible....
