My question is whether or not the ISX being opened up to Foreign Investors is the key to a possible reval date! Are they going to allow us and the world the opportunity to buy up to 49% control in their businessess! If they are not they must reval before they open up the Stock Market to Foreigners!
I think you are right on the money!!!
This is an old argument that has been beaten to death over the last year.
Without a reval, Iraq could be bought for a song and I don't think they will allow that to happen.

The don't have to have a r/v in place to open the ISX...all they have to do is adjust the stock prices to the real world... a no brainer.
