I'll call. No big deal.
bambiegirl has every right to speak her mind.
Perhaps the original poster could have asked more questions when the opportunity was there. Too bad, but the fact we have a phone number makes it easy to follow up (during business hours).
I'll call later from my cell phone (free long distance).
Thank you.

OK, I called just now. They are closed presently. They open at 9AM EST.
Apparently this is the "Chevy Chase Bank" in Maryfield Virginia.
I'll post more after 9AM EST.

I don't know about the Chase banks in Virginia, but here in Louisiana you can still purchase dinars. I went with my step son yesterday and bought 100,000 dinar and will be in today.NO PROBLEMS.

I was told in a pm on another forum from a non BS'er, reliable, regular poster that his work colleague was told by Chase they could use his dinar as collateral for a loan if he wanted and a reval would happen within 2 weeks.
As you know I'm not one for rumours but the timing, other whispers, facts etc and the ISX about to open make this certainly worth posting.
Fingers crossed.Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.
Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

If you make a statement like, "If you want me to provide proof I will," I for one, expect more than a phone number to investigate it further. That kind of response makes me very skeptical.

i have no reason mislead anyone or just randomly pull stuff out of my ***
I have been here a very very long time. since "MMI" if you know what that means. This is the first time I posted any info.
I can sit here and type all day about that phone call but the best way to find proof is to call them yourself.
So yeah, that's my proof.
Sorry I quit my job as super spy and don't record phone calls.
just call them.

Called them. Asked if they could supply Iraq Dinar. Person asked if I was a customer and I said I was calling on behalf of a friend who was. He explained he would have to make a phone call to find out the rate and call me back.
I am waiting now for his return call.

Apparently chevy chase bank have never dealt with dinars, that is why they dont have any if you call them.
But lets wait for hardwoods update before we can see if it is correct._________________________________________
